Privacy policy

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form: name, email address, organization (optional) and the content of your message.

When you register for a webinar, we store your first name, last name, email address, the chosen session, the page language and your consents (privacy and, if you tick it, news from the association).

Your data is used solely to respond to your request or to organise the webinar you registered for (sending the access details). You only receive our news if you separately agreed to it. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

The contact form is processed by Formspree, which forwards your message to our email address. Data transits through their servers in line with their own privacy policy.

Webinar registrations are stored in a database hosted by Neon, through our hosting provider Vercel, in line with their own privacy policies.

The confirmation email for a webinar registration is sent by Resend, which receives your first name, last name and email address for that purpose, in line with its own privacy policy.

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to info@hypnosehumanitaire.org.
